I don't like the last sentence of the introduction "This might make Win95 a better choice for an OS development platform than Win98." for two reasons:

  • It's almost recommending using Win95
  • It's using Windows 98 as a sort of benchmark

Is there a reason this is worded this way? -- Phillid
