I pulled this out if a recently new-made triplefault page (which is now a redirect):

- When the exception handler of a double fault causes yet another exception (or your IDT is messed up, or ...) the CPU resets - this is called a triple fault.
- Not so nice to debug on hardware - if I remember correctly Bochs dumps some debugging output in case of a triple fault.
