Dev-C++
Dev-C++ is an advanced, freely distributed integrated development environment for Windows, created by Bloodshed Software. It is based on the MinGW implementation of GCC.
A similar IDE, Dev-Pascal, is available, and works with either Free Pascal and GNU Pascal.
