Category hierarchy

I think this category should be a subclass to Processes and Threads rather than to IPC as it influences far more than just IPC. I moved it, but if you disagree you can revert it and post your opinion here. - Combuster 05:49, 11 January 2007 (CST)

Agree 100% I considered but avoided changing it simply because the OSFAQ has it under IPC. -Jhawthorn 23:32, 11 January 2007 (CST)
