Mark uncategorized redirects
Adds {{Redirect category}} stubs to all redirects that have not transcluded it yet.
This will make those redirects included in Category:Uncategorized redirects, for further categorization maintenance.
Categorize uncategorized redirects
Adds {{R from move}} to all pages in Category:Uncategorized redirects that were generated in a page move.
