m (Moved discord to the top since its a very small paragraph, the IRC section length was pushing Discord below the fold. Also removed the parts about IRC partnering with osdev.org and Discord not being affiliated with the site, everyone into OS development is part of the community where ever they are.)

Several regular contributors to the OSDev.org wiki and forums are usually present in the channel, and the channel has over twenty years of history from its previous iteration on Freenode - it even predates this wiki by several years!
